Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Replai website and services (the “Service”). By using or requesting the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Replai is a managed service that provides an AI-powered employee on your business WhatsApp to reply to customers, book appointments, and capture leads in each customer's own language (including Arabic dialects, English, French, Turkish, and others). It is delivered as a managed service with a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, and may include Meta's official WhatsApp Business API depending on your plan.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• Send spam or messages that violate WhatsApp / Meta policies or applicable regulations.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing purpose.
• Provide inaccurate business data or knowledge content that breaks the law.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

3. AI-assistant limitations

Replai is an AI-based tool and may sometimes produce inaccurate or incomplete replies, despite being grounded in your business information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any automated reply, and no reply constitutes professional (medical, legal, or financial) advice. You remain responsible for reviewing replies, and we recommend keeping a human in the loop to take over and verify sensitive conversations.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on external platforms such as WhatsApp / Meta, hosting providers, and AI model providers. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, or any action they take against your account, including suspension or banning of WhatsApp numbers by Meta.

5. Payments & cancellation

Setup fees are one-time, and the monthly subscription renews until cancelled. Meta per-message fees are passed through transparently at cost. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. We do not guarantee that the Service will achieve any specific business result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
